Dar es Salaam - A Tanzanian student, Mwasapi Kihongosi has won the UN Secretary General’s UNiTE to end Violence Against Women Campaign T-shirt competition. Speaking at the UNIC Dar es Salaam offices recently, Mwasapi aged 23 said, “I’m very happy, it’s a big thing for me because I have been designing for a while but to design something this big for the UN and the fact that I will be receiving an award from the UN Secretary General himself to me is a big thing, It’s remarkable.” More »
